Shipping policy

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the number by email when the parcel leaves us. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to start showing movement.

Shipping cost. $4.95 on a single SnugBeast. Free on orders of $65 and over, which includes any order of two or more.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, email support@thesnugbeast.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Ordering for a date. If you are buying for Christmas, a birthday or another occasion, order early and check the order-by date shown on the product page. That date is our cutoff, not a delivery promise.

Address changes. Email us as soon as you can. We can usually change an address before dispatch and almost never after it.

A parcel that has not arrived. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us with your order number and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we replace the order.

Damage in transit. Photograph the parcel and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery.
